Blake holds the position of Designs Director.

Eric Ramsey

Project Manager (Designs)

Arizona

Project Manager for the Nevada market, also getting into the Arizona market.

 

  • He loves to Barbeque.
  • He loves to raise house plants.
  • He loves to camp.

Nina Frohling

Project Manager (Designs)

Arizona

Nina is a Project Manager for the Designs Department.

  • Grew up in Illinois
  • Loves the outdoors
  • Likes spending time with family and friends, but loves hanging out with her dogs!

Earl Carter

Project Manager (Designs)

Arizona

Earl is a Project Manager for the Arizona market Cox Communications team.

  • Enjoys spending time with family.
  • Loves to collect and restore cast iron cookware.
  • Loves survival shows and going fishing.

 

Garrett Baird

Operations Manger (California)

California

Garrett is the Designs Operation Manager for the California office.

He loves baseball and golf, whether it be playing or watching.

He and his family love Disney and they go 3-4 times a month.  They have been to Disneyworld twice and hope to go to all of the Disney parks around the world.

His father is his role model/hero and taught him to live by the following: “Do not worry about being right.  Instead, do what is right.”

Heidi Friend

Project Coordinator

Arizona

Heidi is the Designs Project Coordinator.  She handles admin tasks, supports PMs with their projects and back up permit submittals when needed.

  • She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, crocheting, and watching her daughter play softball.

Alyssa Dooley

Admin Assistant (California)

California

Alyssa handles all admin tasks at BPG in our California office.

  • In her free time, she enjoys going line dancing and roller blading.
  • She loves to cook and bake for others!
  • Her biggest goal in life is to be a mama and have a big family! Oh, and become a millionaire!

Yoheimy Jimenez

Project Coordinator (Designs)

Arizona

Yoheimy is our project coordinator. She handles permit submittals and supports the team with anything they need.

Ardeshir Dadkhah

Project Manager 

Arizona

Arde has been with BPG for the past 5 years and has experience in design and construction. He completed his Master's of Engineering Construction Management in 2022.

  • Arde loves to Travel and see new places.
  • He works out every day.
  • He loves to hangout with friend and family.

Hector Ramirez

Project Manager

Arizona

Hector holds the position of Project Manager.  He assists with processing PO & invoices. He orders materials for the crew to make sure they are ready to hit the floor running.

Darren West

Project Manager (Electric)

Arizona

Darren is a Project Manager in our Electric Division.

  • He loves spending time with his wife and children; basketball and baseball with his son, and shopping with his girls.
  • He enjoys playing music.
  • He also loves to hunt and fish.

Joseph Romero

Project Manager

Arizona

Joseph's role as superintendent entails managing project timelines from start to finish, along with managing job productivity and budgets. I also manage Customers, Vendors, and Subcontractors.

Jim Stroud

Jim's current role is Project Manager.

  • Retired from the City of Mesa IT in 2021 after 23 years of service.
  • Western Michigan University Alum
  • Born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan but have lived in Arizona since 1994.

Doris Thompson

Account Specialist (Accounting)

Arizona

Accounts Specialist in Finance

  • Lots of Energy
  • When people meet her they usually remember her because of her quirky personality
  • She is a Texa-Mexa_Rican

Lorraine Carrasco

Accounts Payable Specialist (Accounting)

Arizona

Lorraine receives, processes, verifies, and reconciles invoices for separate entities and maintains relationships with vendors.

  • She loves to  attend festivals in full costume. EDC, Country Thunder, Renaissance and Reggae Festivals.
  • She fell off a bridge and lost her memory of her childhood prior to age 9. Now she is making as many memories as possible.

Kristena Lauritzen

Employee Resources Specialist

All HR-related tasks.

  • Born and raised in So Cal.
  • She has four children, comes from a big family with 30 first cousins.
  • Cheered competitively in college. 

Ryan Walkney

Safety Specialist

Arizona

Ryan is our Safety Specialist. 

  • Motorcycle Enthusiast
  • Amateur Muay Thai Fighter
  • Originally from Massachusetts

Birgit Olson

Marketing and Communications

Arizona

  • Marketing is her passion!
  • Birgit enjoys travel, photography, painting and dance.
  • She was born and raised in Germany.

Catherine Swigunski

Administrative Assistant

Catherine provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks and is responsible for assisting the construction department with project setup, and weekly reports.

  • Loves to travel.
  • Likes being outdoors, camping, or on the beach.
  • Loves spending time with her son.
Don Thorstenson

Don Thorstenson

IT Manager (IT)

California

Don has 20 years of Information Management project experience.

  • Don loves to surf, paddleboard, kayak.
  • Don spent two months in Antarctica, riding snowmobiles across the frozen desert.
  • Don and his wife are  empty nesters with all six of their adopted children grown.

Fleet Manager (Fleet)

Arizona

Tony is our Fleet Manager and we'd be lost without him!

  • He just celebrated his ten year anniversary at BPG.
  • He is always willing to help.
