BRENT KNUCKLES Chief Executive Officer

Brent Knuckles

As CEO, Brent Knuckles builds on his extensive experience with 30+ years in construction and business development to ensure the success of BPG. Prior to this role, Brent held the position of Director of Construction Services, where he directed and oversaw operations with a strategic mindset and customer-centric focus, developing high performing teams and improved financial results.

  • Brent ran his first half marathon in January of 2023.
  • He loves grilling and hanging out with his kids, grandkids and friends.
Jeanine Remley, CFO of BPG Designs, LLC
JEANINE REMLEY, CPA Chief Financial Officer


Jeanine Remley joined BPG as Controller in 2016. With 40 years of high-quality experience, she has managed accounting and finance functions for companies ranging in size and complexity, from privately owned local businesses to publicly traded entities.  

Her experience includes project management, systems conversions, work flow efficiency projects, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and mergers & acquisitions. Jeanine holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University.

  • Traveling is Jeanine’s passion!
  • She has visited 6 continents, and her final continent, Antarctica, is on her bucket list next.
Todd Heaton - Director of Employee Resources
TODD HEATON, CSP, SHRM-SCP Chief Human Resources Officer


Todd Heaton Mud RunTodd Heaton oversees human resources and BPG’s Safety/Risk Program. He brings fourteen years of experience as a Safety/HR Manager to BPG. His expertise makes him the ideal leader to cover risk management, health and welfare of employees, employee engagement, security, and compliance with OSHA, EPA, federal, state, and local regulations. He is responsible for employee career pathways, engagement, training, and maintaining our wonderful company culture. 

 Fun Facts
  • Life-long competitive bowler who has traveled all over the US to compete. 
  • Received his 1st Blackbelt in Kenpo Karate. 
James Ruiz
JAMES RUIZ, M.S. Chief Operations Officer


James holds the position of Chief Operations Officer and is vital to the operations at BPG. He was appointed to the Executive Leadership Team for his expertise in operations and business development.  He started at BPG in 2016 and has held multiple positions at the company.

Fun Facts
  • James graduated from Grand Canyon University with a BA in Business Management. He recently completed his M.S. degree.
  • He plays guitar and piano.
  • His favorite season of the year is hunting season.
