The customer experience has always been a top BPG business priority because it allows us to achieve “The Best Reputation!” We are always looking to improve efficiencies. Over the last few years, we have worked diligently in creating synergy within our divisions and becoming OneBPG to maximize our efficiencies and partnerships.
To further our progress in becoming OneBPG, we recently restructured our construction division to consist of ISP and OSP Construction Services. ISP now contains the Electrical and Low Voltage Division (structured cabling systems, distributed antenna systems, IP surveillance systems, PoE Lighting, tenant improvements, and remodeling projects); OSP now consists of the construction division (horizontal directional drilling, excavation, trenching, plowing and restoration, potholing using our hydrovac, fiber optic cable pathways, and installation) and fiber splicing.
BPG Designs, LLC recently promoted Brent Knuckles to Director of Construction Services to oversee all facets of the day-to-day operations and administrative functions. “Integrating our services allows us to improve our internal and external communication, which enhances our customer experience by keeping them better informed,” mentioned Brent Knuckles, Director of Construction Services. “Combining our divisions allows us to streamline our purchasing power, billing, inventory control, our scheduling, and job tracking, resulting in consistency, reliability, convenience, speed of delivery, and greater efficiency throughout.”
